Moms on the Loose

Apr 29, 2019

We are honored to bring you this episode as it has been our most requested. Brittany and Betsy have a very heartfelt, raw, and informative conversation with an expert about one of the most common, and least discussed, aspects of new parenthood: Perinatal and Postpartum Mood Disorders. This is such a sensitive and delicate subject and we wanted to do it justice by finding the best of the best to share her knowledge and advice. The main takeaway: Becoming a parent doesn’t always feel like a walk in the park, and its ok to say it. We are all in this together. We hope this episode helps spark conversation and continues to break the stigma surrounding postpartum depression, anxiety, and everything in between. A huge thank you to Elaine Cavazos for taking the time to talk with us. We appreciate you so much! Thank you to every fellow mom/parent/support system out there who is making an effort to give love, light, understanding, and often times a shoulder to cry on during these beautifully chaotic, and often isolating, times in our life.
