Mindy Raymond is an actress, entrepreneur, Texas Motion Picture Alliance board member..... and the FIRST female president of New Republic Studios. Brittany and Betsy take a tour on several sets at the sprawling 200 acre production facility that houses three sound stages, two private screening rooms, and provides on-site construction and set design...with Mindy behind the wheel. Mindy is a boss-lady, literally, and she sits down with us to give insight into how to “get a seat at the table” in a male-dominated profession. In short, to get what you want you have to put your big girl panties on and demand it. No apologizing. We are so grateful to this trailblazer for her valuable insight into the film world and for the awesome tour of her facility. When Mindy isn’t running the show at the studios she is a wife and a mom to two precious boys.
